Shortly after relocating to Southwest Florida, she launched her career at one of the region's top brokerages, quickly advancing to the role of Regional Office and Listing Manager. In this position, she oversaw three office locations and managed listings for more than 30 agents. Her dedication and work ethic consistently set her apart, earning her consecutive Employee of the Year honors.

Alyvia is known for her strategic marketing expertise, analytical mindset, and strong organizational and communication skills, all of which contribute to seamless company operations. With a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a wide-ranging background in both the administrative and client-facing sides of real estate, she plays a vital role in helping clients navigate one of life's most significant decisions with confidence and clarity.

Originally from New England, Alyvia has called Southwest Florida home for the past five years and offers valuable local knowledge. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and making the most of the Florida lifestyle-whether boating, relaxing on the beach, or enjoying activities like pickleball, tennis, or fishing.
